About Altum Aqua Logic
Our Story
Altum Aqua Logic, LLC was founded in 2022 after an amicable departure from New Current Water & Land, LLC. We utilize our expertise to tailor an approach to assist our clients with interpretation, implementation, and planning for policies related to water.
While we specialize in the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act, we also offer support and expertise on water supply reliability including long-term water supply forecasting and land use change.
Principal - Stacie Ann Silva
Stacie Ann Silva, originally from Tulare, CA, has been working in the California water industry as a consultant for over six years. Stacie Ann tracks activity in over 90 Groundwater Sustainability Agencies in over 50 Subbasins across the state of California. She is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a BS in Agriculture Systems Management and minor in Agribusiness. She also holds a Master of Legal Studies with a concentration in Dispute Resolution and Mediation from Pepperdine’s Caruso School of Law.
